Dem Franchize Boyz

Atlanta rap foursome Dem Franchize Boyz are purveyors of their own self-described style of "laid back crunk"--or "snap music" as it's often known--a woozier, less hyperactive version of the popular southern rap genre. Just how laid back the club gets when D.F.B's "Lean Wit It, Rock Wit It" and "I Think They Like Me" hit the speakers is certainly up for debate. Whatever the effect, though, the Boyz's 2006 full-length, ON TOP OF OUR GAME, which spawned the above singles, proved to be a crossover smash, hitting #5 on the Billboard pop charts.
